Planet of Rovdina
Our Language
Rovdina has an extensive history when dealing with languages. No one really knows how Rovdina's modern language actually developed, but it is said that the first creatures that evolved made their inscriptions on stones, which were discovered in underground caves in a forest. It also said that these tribes that made the inscriptions called themselves the Rovadeans, which explains why the planet itself is called Rovdina. It is difficult to translate its past language and many experts in galactic translations have had a hard time translating Rovdina's language, but eventually they have solved the problem. It can be said that Rovdinian is a very complicated language, with complicated grammar rules and endless letter and word combinations.
The planet's language has also changed multiple times, specially after the numerous influences from planet Earth. One of the most significant influences that Earth has given to Rovdina is a new language structure. After the implementation of the communist system to the planet, the new government insisted on introducing a change in the planet, so they changed the language letters to Cyrillic and adopted new grammatical rules.
